My client is a well established international business floated on the UK stock market, due to a planned strengthening of its NPD - NPI function an opportunity has arisen to hire a proven project manager to sit within this function.

It will be the project managers responsibility to manage the flow of all projects that run through this function ensuring that product development process is managed effectively, and it complies with the project framework, all appropriate project documents are created and all stage gates are passed, before progressing to the next stage of the project.

You will manage all project communications, track progress, report key issues/ risks and support the project lead with managing milestones.

A back ground within manufacturing environment is highly advantageous as is international experience and working within an environment which includes using sub contract suppliers.

My Client listed on the FTSE 250 is currently developing its product development capability and as a result needs to hire an experienced Project Manager to help ensure that projects are delivered internationally on time and in budget.
The role has several key deliverables.
  • Management of matrix cross departmental project teams.

  • Create project plans with cross functional teams ensuring deliverables and documented, resources allocated and timelines established.

  • Ensure project milestones are reached, that decision gate documents are provided and signed off by the product board and that the online portal is up to date including RAID register.

  • Ultimately ensure that product projects are progressing to plan and not escalate risk issues and dependences to Product Innovation and Steering Committee.

My Client listed on the London stock markets are planning to expand its Pan- European Clean Room Service.

A newly appointed General Manager employed to lead the expansion seeks to make the key strategic hire of a Quality Manager.

Reporting directly to the GM, you will be the first Pan European quality lead in this space and will be tasked with establishing standardized processes and procedures across currently six plants.

As with all clean room environments total integrity is required to ensure that no contamination occurs.

You will operate in a matrix environment so you will need excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Multi lingual skills are also necessary as your role will cover sites in Belgium, Holland, France and Germany.
